Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bank mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The Game

Bank is a free dice game for entertainment only. It contains no real-money gambling: there is no wagering, no virtual currency that can be purchased, and no prizes or payouts of any kind. In-game points are for scorekeeping only and have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Accounts

• An account is optional and only required for online multiplayer.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use offensive, impersonating, or misleading display names;
• attempt to cheat, exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App or its online services;
• access the App's backend services other than through the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Availability

Online features depend on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that online services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, sounds, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
