Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account?
No — Local Pass & Play works offline with no sign-up. A free account is only required for online multiplayer, so games can sync between devices.
How do I play online with friends?
- Tap Create Game → Online Multiplayer.
- Share the 6-letter invite code from the game lobby.
- Friends tap Join Game and enter the code. The host deals when everyone is in (2–8 players).
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account → Delete Forever. This permanently removes your account, profile, stats, and game history — it cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, email us from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
What are the rules again?
- Players take turns rolling two dice into a shared bank.
- First 3 rolls of a round: a 7 is worth +70 points, doubles add face value.
- After the first 3 rolls: a 7 ends the round (unbanked players get nothing) and doubles double the entire bank.
- Bank at any time to lock in the current pot — then you sit out the rest of the round.
- Highest total after the final round wins.
I can't join a game with a code
- Codes are 6 letters/numbers — check for typos (O vs 0).
- The game may have already started or finished.
- Games are full at 8 players.
- Make sure you're signed in to an account.
The connection banner says I'm offline
The app reconnects automatically and resyncs the game state when your connection returns. If a game looks stuck after reconnecting, leave to the home screen and reopen it from My Games.
How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Tap the gear icon on the home screen — Sound Effects and Haptic Feedback each have a toggle.
Is Bank gambling?
No. There is no real-money wagering, no virtual currency to purchase, and no payouts. Scores are points only and have no cash value.
